Information on the right of withdrawal for digital content

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lukas-Domenik Sonnenfeld, Seitenstart, Anschrift siehe Impressum, Germany, phone: siehe Impressum, email: sunfieldshops@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://seitenstart.sunfield.workers.dev/en/vertrag-widerrufen (“Withdraw from a contract”). If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without undue delay, stating the content of your declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract (providing the download link) after you have
1. expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period,
2. acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and
3. we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (email) (§ 356(5) BGB).

You give this consent and acknowledgement with the required box on the order page. Ordering is not possible without it.
