Payment and delivery

Payment

You pay with PayPal or Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit and more). With PayPal, card payment without a PayPal account is also possible where PayPal offers it; with Stripe, the payment methods offered on Stripe’s payment page are available. The payment link only opens after you click “Order with obligation to pay – PayPal” or “Order with obligation to pay – card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA & more”.

Delivery

You receive a ZIP file via a download link to your email address – once payment has arrived, usually on the same working day, at the latest after 2 working days. There is no shipping and there are no shipping costs. The templates are in German.

Countries

We sell to all EU countries as well as Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the USA and Canada. We cannot currently sell to consumers in the United Kingdom; UK business customers are welcome.

Prices

All prices are final prices in euros; PayPal or Stripe convert them into your currency if needed. VAT exempt under § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business scheme) – no VAT is charged.
